Handling Difficult Communications

This is an opportunity for participants in leadership positions, junior managers, people with direct client contacts and project leaders.

The Participants:

• receive specific assistance for preventing conflicts;
• reflect on their role als leaders;
• develop new options for handling current conflicts;
• observe their behaviour in difficult situations.

• Methods preventing conflicts,
• Conflict and escalation models,
• Solution-oriented communication,
• Clear terms of facilitation and mediation,
• Handling complex issues in reaching targets,
• Using emotions by enlarging emotional intelligence,
• Going from positions to motives,
• Role playing and "fishbowl" based on participants' cases.

In selected own rooms, online or in a hotel of your choice
